Why do I get an empty projects list?

• Ensure the tenant header/query is set, or the default slug is seeded.

How do I switch tenants?

• Use X-Tenant-ID: <slug-or-id> or ?tenantId=<slug-or-id>.

Why did a migration fail with UNIQUE constraint error?

• SQLite cannot add a unique column directly via ALTER TABLE. Add the column, then create a unique index.

Can I hard delete a project?

• Yes, pass ?hard=true to DELETE; otherwise, it is archived.

Where are Durable Objects used?

• For workspace/container provisioning locks (WorkspaceLock).
